Licence of use of CBELIER book 2
In short: you may read your copy on your devices, print it for yourself and apply its methods in your studies. You may not share it, post it online or resell it.
1. Purpose
ALFA WAMANE SARL AU grants the buyer of the e-book « CBELIER — Fondements scientifiques du calcul des régimes transitoires. Équations, méthodes numériques et organigrammes » [CBELIER — Scientific foundations of transient-flow calculation. Equations, numerical methods and flowcharts] a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the PDF file, for the term of protection of the work.
2. Beneficiary
The right is granted to the person whose name appears on the copy. For use by a team, an institution or in teaching, write to alfawamane@gmail.com.
3. Permitted uses
- Reading the copy on the buyer’s devices and keeping backup copies of it.
- Printing it for one’s own use.
- Quoting short extracts, citing the source.
- Applying the equations, methods and flowcharts of the book, including in one’s professional studies and in one’s own calculation programs.
4. Prohibited uses
- Redistributing, lending or sharing the file, in whole or in part, including within a group or a messaging service.
- Posting it online (website, network, file-sharing platform, shared storage space).
- Reselling it, renting it or including it in a paid product or training course.
- Removing or altering the details on the copy (name, e-mail address, order, identifier).
- Substantially reproducing the content of the book (text, figures, tables, flowcharts).
5. Personalised copy
Each copy bears the buyer’s name and e-mail address, the order reference and a unique identifier that make it possible to trace its origin.
6. Breach
In the event of use contrary to this licence, ALFA WAMANE may withdraw access to the book without refund, without prejudice to any other action.
7. Ownership
The work remains the property of its author and of ALFA WAMANE SARL AU. The licence transfers no intellectual property right.
